PSF wise is 800+ or 600+? I remember flora being below 700psf

Because it’s the centre of Bukit Jalil and also the price of small layout confirm higher than big layout

If this is the centre of bukit jalil why not consider subsale z residence? Within 500m radius what comparables. So far your condos you mentioned is much much lower price.
