I had a similar issue with my Lenovo and a USB-C dock a while back. I found that the dock was actually causing some of the problems. Unplugged it and everything went back to normal for a bit. I’d recommend trying that first. If the keys and mouse still act up, you might want to check for driver updates or get it checked out.
