It was written in KL structure plan 2020. Bukit Jalil has to be developed as a "high class" residential area. That's all i know though.

I understand the freehold with consent. Some other projects eg 1Cockroach is also similar (just randomly quoted). The transaction from nonB to nonB is not a concern from this perspective.
In fact l am expecting more and more KL FH projects may come uder this mode.(understand Siberjaya also has it)

Just that l am not familiar with "international or high class zone" explained in your other post. If really a high class zone, the price shall be RM one mil onwards.

The walkway from project to the LRT station required EXSIM to communicate with PRASARANA already since that piece of land under them.

If confirmed got walkway meaning just walk across the car park of Awan Besar LRT no need to cross the road.

Yup, there is another stread started already. But what surprised me is the project is leasehold instead of freehold according to agent. Surrounding landed residence is all freehold. Price per sqft is quite high for this leasehold project hmm..
