Latest info here...

total density 1558 UNITS... with 2 blocks...
1 rooms 592units, 2 rooms 674 units, 3 rooms 272 units

Macam start from RM4XXK+?

Launch NEXT WEEK!

Insider information says that 30% of the units will be sold directly upon launch? because really worth to invest, since is a nearest LRT (TOD) project at Bukit Jalil.

after they see mahsing HK flat now they also follow suit

slap on a TOD at LRT only spot then promote as is?

Unlike many areas in the Klang Valley with very robust rental demand, some of my friends units in B Jalil low rental yield lately due to oversupply in the area. Will this make the situation worse?

Also the walkway 100% covered or not??

Bukit Jalil rental rate cannot go up high.
Average price RM1800 - 2400.
Probably Park 1 & 2 can fetch higer price due to Pavillion BJ

It's OK if the Ts can listed down all pros and cons, at the same time open minded to open for discussion. But all same just listed pros and hesitate to answer and public the cons information lol.

Maybe because if answer...
All the weakness all come out..

Especially the covered walkway to LRT...
Since they promo near to LRT, easy access etc.

Speaking on the walk path to the awah besar stn, the cross road is wide and dangerous. Must be very careful and aware to cross.

Absolutely agree 👍 i've walked in on here before you would need to cross the dangerous road those car driving fast and certain part for footpaths in bad condition also....
