Latest info here...total density 1558 UNITS... with 2 blocks... 1 rooms 592units, 2 rooms 674 units, 3 rooms 272 units Macam start from RM4XXK+? Launch NEXT WEEK! Insider information says that 30% of the units will be sold directly upon launch? because really worth to invest, since is a nearest LRT (TOD) project at Bukit Jalil. Unlike many areas in the Klang Valley with very robust rental demand, some of my friends units in B Jalil low rental yield lately due to oversupply in the area. Will this make the situation worse?
