My in laws house grill rusty after 10 yrs ( mild steel powder coat), planning to change to stainless steel 304 for their apartment. Quoted Rm 3.5K, wtf is this chop head price.?
Anybody installed these 1-2 yrs, these type i dono the market price

I never explore ss before, so won't know the grade given to me, but i see some neighbour 304 more shiny and nicer physically
Mild steel nowadays very soft and low quality, how's yours?

Why say so?

I see quite many of theirs neighbour also use SS, probably 30-40% there

But some maybe cheaper grade, 2k+, after few yrs seems very dull colour, lower grade i guess

304 i think can last easily 20-30 yrs

Thats true, depends on preferences too

Bear in mind, 15 yrs later mild steel grill maybe more expensive than the stainless steel price now, with much less quality too
