I was prescribed Metrogyl Tablets Metronidazole 400 mg and Amoxicap Amoxicillin 500 mg for dental abscess on 27 Dec 2023. I finished them in 6 days. After 3 weeks, my head is dizzy until today. I think I have metronidazole toxicity. Should I see neurologist or wait the toxicity go away on its own?

I guess I have metronidazole toxicity after browsing this website: Flagyl (Metronidazole) Toxicity. I went back to asked my dentist whether I need brain scan or not and he said no need. I asked him why I have dizziness and he told me to go see doctor. Should I see neurologist or wait the toxicity go away on its own?
