not sure what's your point. it was universally known that multilink is much better than a torsion but that doesnt mean torsion cannot be engineered to give good handling and comfort although comparatively a multilink setup would still be better.

sure later you will bring out how peugeot use their torsion beam car to go rally bla bla bla but that wasn't my point.
