aeon customer service really bad. can't transfer RM5 or RM15 out (there's only RM35 in the acct) and this is the type of advice given

soonwai i paid celcom internet, no points yet. i chatted with customer service they say supposed to get

i can't find if that means the entire tng ewallet ecosystem is shariah-compliant

no news from Aeon on missing points. i think we just cut our losses, and compile the lists of purchases where no points were received. my aeon points (from shell petrol) came in already

take note that a lot of purchases not eligible for cashbacks. check the tnc, or better still, make a small purchase first & wait for cashback to appear.

if it appears then good, you know that merchant is not excluded from cashbacks

some CC cashback only on weekends, sometimes emergency need to topup during weekdays.

Optizorb previously is biometrics issue. login screen fingerprint fail need to enter PIN, DuitNow out failed fingerprint of course cannot send out

now is Approve button grayed out. may have to reinstall app and try again

what i do is this, create a savings pot called "Actual Account Balance". put all my money in there, except for RM500 which will go into the main account.

every time once i made purchases, i'll withdraw out from savings pot put into the main acct

this way, if i want to know how much i have in my balances, i just look at my "Actual Account Balance", then mentally add RM500

Arsyad1105 when you make a purchase, you have a physical paper receipt or online receipt kan? you just tolak from your savings pot put into main account.

that way u know your main acct has RM500
