I don't use the NSE but would like to understand the situation further. In case of an emergency, the vehicle in trouble stops at the Emergency Lane.
Now that the Emergency Lane has become Smart Lane, so definitely vehicles will start using the Smart Lane now.
Once the drivers approaches the breakdown vehicle, the drivers on the Smart Lane will try to cut back into the normal lane again.
Wouldn't it create another congestion again and thereby s!owing down traffic even further both of these lanes next to each other ?
Question : During the use of smart drivers on Smart Lane, have they crashed into a breakdown vehicle on the same Smart Lane that is now used as an Emergency Lane ?
