Remake is fine as long as it is an upgrade. My parents are strict, so I missed a lot of good games. These remakes are great for me to enjoy them while using the latest tech. Though I have mixed feeling for FF7 cause the story is altered so much, still interesting to see how the story will become. I definitely dislike them splitting the game into so many parts though.

Remaster on the other hand, I cannot understand. The graphics usually still look very outdated, nothing much really changed, like story-wise, gameplay, etc. But the price is more expensive.
