Low cost at Selangor

Hi. I already have 2 normal property on my name.
Now my father one to give me one of his low cost property.
But I plan to 'buy' from him and acquire some money.
Read some rules and they stated that buyer and/or spouse cannot have any house if want to buy low cost house.
Anyone with similar experience want to share?

I am assuming that the property is subject to LPHS and MB consent approval.
If it involved a consideration, then your application most like will be rejected by LPHS. If that's a love and affection transfer, then it is okay.

So father & son situation is under a love and affection transfer right? Already ask a lawyer about this. They said even love and affection transfer also high chance not doable due to I already have 2 property. They ask me to call and confirm with LPHS first. What is 'consideration'?

consideration means money changed hands. Like SPA.
Normally love & affection won't reject. If not, how the owners going to dispose the property in future..
