Low cost at Selangor

Hi. I already have 2 normal property on my name.
Now my father one to give me one of his low cost property.
But I plan to 'buy' from him and acquire some money.
Read some rules and they stated that buyer and/or spouse cannot have any house if want to buy low cost house.
Anyone with similar experience want to share?
