Problem is, most places chap fan 3 piece of chicken cutlets and 2 vege is close to RM12. But this place can take everything that you can fill your plate with and its still RM12. Caveat is dine in only. But if you are lunching every day for more than RM 12, this place is a no brainer. But parking sucks!

Just apply same theory, take proteins and dishes that has less oil/fats with less rice. So mostly steamed meat dishes, vege with half/quarter rice.
