Zhap fan rm12. Better just eat all chicken and no rice

Problem is, most places chap fan 3 piece of chicken cutlets and 2 vege is close to RM12. But this place can take everything that you can fill your plate with and its still RM12. Caveat is dine in only. But if you are lunching every day for more than RM 12, this place is a no brainer. But parking sucks!

This RM12 buffet for 45 mins is a steal, just whack broccoli and chicken for abang2 sado

Usual cf, one meat and two vege is close to rm12.

If you eat here more than the usual portion you get.
Then only worth

Nowadays chap fan RM9.5, 11, 12

This buffet lunch daily is worth it

You take 6 meat and eat 3 rounds is still the same price

But after a year you will gain easily 20kg
