After get the code just key in it by using Switch, it shows me the code is already used.
Tried to key in the code by login my switch account on browser, but still get the same error said that the code is used.
Already submitted a ticket and a email attached the error screenshots to their support center but no any update three days ago...
Yesterday call their office in KL directly to ask and they only told me email to their support center/ they are not support department blah blah
...I know now is near to chinese new year maybe they are busy with lots of things but it's just so disappointing me for their attitude
Anyone got same experienced this before? Got anyway else to contact them?

They refunded the store credit to me, but now the eShop card out of stock orz
