56 mostly for docs only. Stuck at 54 bcos of times based promotion.

Grade 56 actually belong to Profesional grade like doctor pakar which underpaid compare to private or uni very senior professor who had done hundreds of research... PTD & other managerial post no grade 56...

I think that’s for elaun pakar 2000. Mmg syok but too many things to do including meeting, teaching here and there. Unless go for private then it’s really worthy.

I know 10+ years ago, DG56 (pendidikan) was around RM10.2k.

Not much compared to private. Good thing is that you can continue to get 50% of your salary every month upon retirement.

Stupid u56. Created by DG hisyam. Befor this u will be Jusa C. But DG hisyam dont allow and create u56. End up a lot of specialist till today leave to private. In private they earn 30-50k monthly. Why wanna earn kucing kurap when gov dont even wanna pay u a proper grade. Ismail merican was the best DG.

so u wanna give tens of thousands of doctors grade JUSA? u do know right JUSA is for those very senior and head of departments.

in the first place, giving time based to doctors already wrong coz those not competent also naik pangkat and huge toll on government budget.

Ppl see doctor macam pay a lot but they work 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week. Not include on call.
