Option 1: If you have a new date, click change date, there's a "change fee" which is penalty and you need to pay the fare difference (most probably higher price ticket for a new date).

Option 2: AirAsia ticket is not refundable for voluntarily cancel. If you don't have a new date, you are not sure when will you fly again, click cancel and you will get refund of airport tax only. Ticket considered burned.

Edit: For Option 1 some people find out that buying a fresh new ticket is much more cheaper than change date due to change date has penalty fee.

For full refund, it only applied to reschedule flight where you can't accommodate their reschedule time. I did successfully got a full refund from AirAsia due they rescheduled the flight time. I click cancel. Contact AirAsia online customer service Bo. Got my money back to my credit card after 3 months.

Unless they change your flight time only you can get refund.

as long as u buy at promo price which at that price, i think it is
after all those cancellation fee or change date fee which cost more than the ticket itself...TS might need to pay the airlines back somemore

Yeah, those "fees" is indirectly telling you, just let the ticket burns.

Edit; I think TS can gamble on one thing, see whether they reschedule your flight. If they reschedule, you can cancel to get full refund.

yes, that's the last resort to get credit refund or free reschedule within 3 months
just pray they reschedule long enough that the system enable TS to do that

Only airport tax. Ain't nobody got time for that. But anyway please request for a airport taxt refund, make them do the work.

I ever cancelled and got refunded. The reason: AA rescheduled the flight > certain hours. Not applicable in TS' case though.
