Finally getting mine this month after thinking for so long. Any recommended accessories to improve QoL for new owner?

QUOTE(ZeneticX @ Mar 9 2024, 04:14 PM) From owners group in fb - thanks! will be getting a H+P Platinum Quartzi) coating or ppf, mazda paint is known to be thin. Easily chipped ii) replace the front windscreen tint, the specs are not ideal. The other windows are ok. But pls make sure to choose a reputable tint shop iii) dashcam, essential for every car iv) do the wheel arch cover mod. Can refer to 2nd post at first page Congrats on the new ride. What colour and spec? i) been thinking of this a lot but thinking if it's better to just leave it and repaint after 5-6 years, on the reasoning that i'm not the type who diligently wash car by themselves every weekend. What's your take on this? ii) put on another layer or remove and replace would be better? iii) definitely will do this iv) the whole reason of doing this is so that the dust and sand won't get into the passenger seats behind right? |

wanna check, does anyone here install dashcam for their cx-30. Thinking of doing it NOT via hardwire method since SA said will void warranty. Wanna see how to route the power from dashcam all the way to 12v in center console there

QUOTE(General_Nic @ Apr 4 2024, 09:04 AM) this is very much grey area yeah agreed on this..sometimes it's just not your day when shit happens. Hence my SA just ask me not to do it, just in case..coz u never know in the endmy SA said hardwire no issue as long as no wires are cut SC said send to Mazda appointed accessories shop install will have no problem end of the day when shit happens, it depends on the SC willing to claim warranty or Bermaz side approve the claim or not some SC will say before take photo to claim warranty, u just need to unplug the hardwire kit to make it look factory default |
