hi guys, is it worth suing developer for late strata issue ? Lawyer urge residents to sue. Is this just lawyer trying to make money ? House bought around 2017. Unsure if should go with it. Thanks.

Can sue, doesn't mean can win.

Only winner will be lawyers

Check first lah the background of your developer company.

If a small time developer, U syiok syiok sue, they just wind up their company, u get nothing while the lawyers enjoy everything else up front.

Some small developers, they do 1 project 1 company, kena sue they just close shop lor. Parent company still live happy ever after.

Which project is this??

Need to see the developer background too....

Too much "powerful hands" behind... You go court... Just keep dragging for years... Until fed up... Out of court settlement 😁

Get in touch with your neighbours or JMB first. More people = more muscle

Complain to KPKT first. KPKT can investigate and issue saman. If cannot then only sue
