wow, this 88gt really rocks, too bad it cannot be clocked higher due to the single slot hsf, if the card is fitted with hr03 the shader and the core clock speed can be clocked higher...

yea.. need extra budget.. since strongbaby need refund me for my XFX 8800GTX i got extra budget to get HR-03.. XD lucky me..

yup, last time i checked its rm280 and u have to buy ur own fan...

btw, the reviewer was using 88gtx and it seems that the ambient temp was really low

Hi folks, don't want to throw a hammer here but remember that the 8800GT does not support DX10.. and the ati is supposedly supports DX10.. so how to compare and which is better??? btw does the 8800gts and 8600gT (and those in the family) support DX10..Think they do, an I correct???

8800gt supports dx10, infact, the 1st dx10 gpu is the 8800 series,
but if u're saying that 8800gt does not support dx10.1 then its correct..
and btw, all 8 series gc supports dx10

he is refering to DX10.1.. i think.. in other thread he also mention cant support DX10, but all 8xxx series does support DX10 but 8800GT dun support DX10.1..

Haha. No idea. HR-03 have to get another 92mm fan on it, extra spending. I think I will settle with ZV9.

Have you tried running the GT with crysis? I know you're not into gaming but Crysis is THE game to test any new cards right now. Would be interesting to see some benchies on it. Moreover, you'll probably one of the first few to do this

no money to spen i put 2 8mm fan on the gc blow on it
and it cooler than b4
