yes, in the past, they have not claimed some of the transaction we used with debit card... so, suddenly claim back recently... i'm aware of the "unclaimed" transactions, they even withdraw my jar balance to claim back the "unclaimed" transactions...

so, i wonder if those who have closed acc, how they claim back

I top up to tng ewallet on 17 Jun, received RM20 cb on 20th Jun, I can’t see processing / posted status after I top up, but I believe the posting date should be 20 Jun based on date of I receive the cb

Regarding the termination of your Boost Bank Debit Card, our records indicate that the card has already been activated. To deactivate your Debit Card, you may follow the steps below via the Boost Bank app:

3. Select “Block Card” and choose “My Card is Damaged.”

i just notice the fine print under the Block Card > Permanently cease card, but meaning they will give replacement card automatically or we need to request it? if no request mean already cancel card?

if need to request, so, it should be cancelled card until we request replacement again... similar like bank practice.

Anyway, i have also send email to them this morning, let's see what they reply.

I guess is just the naming of function. U can still manage card to disallowed atm withdrawal, contactless, online txn.. unless those who gotten ur physical card know ur PIN no and pay with pin at retail shop.

My one got money inside, they deducted but yet to refund.. email also no reply since my last follow up on last Wednesday.. previous reply is just mentioned investigation in progress
