i want to faint when email boost CS. They replied back asking some info 3x...so unreliable this bank and i dont understand why they keep asking same info 3x. may be they dont understand english. it just info - like ic, name, account number, screenshot...

rize also higher interest. however one big disaster last year coz thousand of people money lost during transit. Took more than 10 days+ to recover the money & some account has negative balance. Trust lost and a lot of people move away even higher interest.
Boost bank CS is very bad when u have a problem. One email to them, end up 3-4 email from them which keep asking same question about you. For me it sound stupid, just 1 email to verify is enough. Waste of resources and inefficient when dealing customer problem. 1 simple problem, drag for a week. Not case resolution, but keep asking info about you.

Stability + Good CS is crucial when deal with digital bank. It is not a physical bank which you can knock in their door.

If above don't meet & give high interest also pointless as digital bank. Compare to current digital bank ranking, i will rate

1.GXbank & Aeon Bank
3.KAF (Beta)
4. Boost Bank (last)

r u existing user or new user? Boost bank screw up. All sites say existing and new. but boost bank tnc - say new user only.

Started to hate Boost bank as they often unclear on their message. 1st is Zus, now TNB.

Use aeon bank better

no need pay fees? using them for a years+ to get boost coin multiplfy

it is UT. so not fix. same like versa. that why if want guaranteed, then digital bank 3.3% or 3%

then u complain to boost ewallet. why make noise here? just show and ask them to clarify why why why.
