I was like you, always buy from parkson, aeon, metrojaya, especially those on the sale item, sometimes 1 year need to chaneg 2-3 pairs, due to out sole came off, the sole was worn out, ended up bought a timberland, so far so good after 2 years.

Very durable and looks good if you polish them.

Glue/cemented construction will always peel off. Get your soles stitched or buy shoes with injection moulded soles.

I bought dress shoes like Passporte or Alan Delon shoes from these place, they do last like pretty well.

One brand I will not touch anymore is Hush Puppies....
