1.What are the dos and don'ts to avoid issues as per mentioned above ?
I will be buying diff supplements under RM500 for all
2. There is only Gdex and Skynet for courier. Which one should I choose ?3.When is the expected delivery?

I bought from iherb before and the second time my order is stuck at Malaysia custom. I didn't get any email or letter.. Anyone got any idea what I need to do next?

I only bought like few bottles totalling up to 175 MYR only. It's those normal fish oil and turmeric supplement. Delivery company is Skynet.

Tumeric can be found locally including grocery shop.
Look for 100% pure tumeric, or if you like blended.

Fish oil best send to local lab test for contaminants.
I suggest go alternative but most /k suck eggs, so do lab test.

US FDA do not regulate supplements, pills can be iinconsistent with label.
But at the very least, supplements should not contain toxin / toxic.

Do you realize how much pollution exist, yet you pay for fish oil.

All these are the outcome of capitalism, so best find safer alternative or send to independent lab test.

shopee and lazada already include the tax upfront, if oversea platform then i guess u have to pay on your own.
