mixue will survive anywhere as long as there is student/worker/b40 pedestrian / crowd.

all those expensive dessert / bubble tea are destined to fail. if kopitiam teh ais rm2, bubble tea rm5 still okish (like in sg), if rm7, 9 or higher sure die.

in singapore all sorts of bubble tea flourish because of mrt + bus station and the cheap price of these drinks compared to kopitiam drink price. kopitiam teh ais sgd 1.2/1.5, top up to $2~$3 can buy a full bubble tea with no ice and half sugar, whyu not. my friend earn like 90k clean profit per month in one outlet back few years ago now he got 4 or more outlet.

All drinks no matter is tealive, chatime or mixue, all same la. Flavoured.
But mixue lemonade they put many slices le. 3-4 slices of lemon. Kopitiam i drink lemon drink also gv 1 slice only
U can ask them less sugar, 50% sugar.
All the while i ordered 50% sugar.

Basically all drinks you had outside, are full of sugared, except drinking water.
