Yesterday site evaluation with mixue at aeon kinta city ipoh.
I quite confident this place. So quite sure d. Lets gooo!!!
So I paid rm500 for site evaluation and after wait few weeks, mixue come finally.. Mana tahu kena chop as high risk aka not so good.
I sadding.
Me sad.
He said I still can do, but high risk cannot hit my desired target.
If i just target so-so, then still ok with risk.
Soo.....i think i will skip this place. Rm500 fly and need to find again.

I think hor, I wan find again at penang. But dun wan at mall d because all good malls full liao. Wan find at community area aka area that people always frequent with many shops around.
Any suggestions?

Go deal with aeon and nego the deals. Also depends on your biz, lot size, what type of biz, etc.

Not advisable to open at new place since traffic unknown. Later dead mall lagi gg.

My lot is 1st floor outside food court. Quite good for first floor, i considered it best location d.
However he advise take ground floor, preferably in front entrance based on this mall.

No. No lot available at ground floor.
Mine is in front food court entrance.

Will keep that in mind for my 2nd or 3rd shop. For now, i dont prefer a mall that havent open.

Yeah i wanted open at penang. The locations i wan kena ambil d or no rental location.
So i find hey ipoh aeon not bad still dun have.

The batu ferringghi day time almost no foot traffic..
Balik pulau kepsi also slow traffic. I got go review these places before

Yeah i remember this too. I missed this area. All the time high foot traffic?
Also, why no competitor? Did they deem that place no good?

What are your qualifications?
I of course wont pay rm500 to just anyone. If u are qualified like u work as a biz location surveyor, then sure.

If u have plan to open and have the means, go ahead my man

Im from penang. But if other location good i will just go stay there. Going to quit my job once started anyway.
No suggestions but tips on how to find good location
