Yup, banks systems are run by advanced computers and systems. Every cents are take into the count during transactions. Not like uncle auntie shop that do not count 5 cents or 10 cents due to good will

And every mid of month, this bank systems sends reports to BNM (eCCRIS) and other credit report providers like CTOS, Experian.

You got miss payment I think that is why effect score although you did not borrow a lot of credit.

A few years back I remember my bank agent use a combination of ccris and something called ramsey.

Based on your screenshot shared above it says YES for instalment in arrears.🤔

Something like ctos more to third party evaluation. Same thing like you buy a house and get a third party evaluate the defects of the house.
