usually it's cook for hours and hours

eating pork raw is crazy
the texture is already wrong, thn comes the tasteless meat

eat pork must be like braised with a lot of strong tasting herbs and spices

that's why it exist only in japan
and how many japanese actually eat those as well

raw beef has more fans

if you eat like that, you're hardcore
if u still need to dip in something...makes no difference...same concept
