I am born with abnormal digestion, sometime 2-3 days poop , highest record is 4 day no poop, but this happen in my family , very rare.
Normally 1 day 1 poop is normal , if 1 day many poop is better because the food store in your stomach is quite long due to the acid keep chewing much longer than usual
actually 2 day poop once is also healthy what.
Consider drink yakult, thailand yogurt drink, llaollao frozen yogurt everyday to make digestion faster and plenty of water.
Edit : coffee work wonder too but in the morning.
