I jumped from Redmi Note 8 to Redmi Note 12 last year Aug. RN8 does not get Hyper OS. RN12 does. Hyper OS does not feel faster than MIUI. Just looks different. Buy Hyper OS has screen orientation problem for me. Can't lock it properly.
