Seems like Samsung has stop accepting trade in device without a SimCard (e.g. tablet, watch). But you can still input with your current smartphone's IMEI to get the trade in bonus.

My experience so far with the collection is not good.

1. Timing, they didn't show up at designated time and called to reschedule after the appointment time (last enough also still can close one eye).
2. Price, the last guy came on the motorbike and offered me RM5 for my Galaxy Watch 4 (yes the screen was defective) but still don't think it would have been that plus he wanted the charger cable too.
Ended up telling him no deal and cancel, but like others have mentioned the main reason is for the trade in discount which already applied.

I wanted to report it to Samsung too, but they don't bother about this trade in part of the deal, between you and CompAsia.

My only thoughts is that the lower they buy from you, better margins for them when they sell 2nd hand I suppose. What about if you drop off at their outlets, is the experience better...just wondering.

Unless you use a less powerful magnet behind your phone, user just have to deal with it when that case is on.

The oled screen is flat.

But, the black bezels on the side is curved.

It is VERY minor. Not actually noticeable... You have to put fingernail there and feel it

Edit: as one member pointed out, it is the bezel glass that is curved slightly
