Question: when we collect at SES, is just collect the yellow DHL package only? I remember the last time i pre-ordered (S10+) they packed nicely in Samsung paper bag for the customers. Not sure how they manage pre-ordered items now.

I linked my existing Samsung account to my work account to get the EPP. When I purchased, it says I'm entitled to Samsung reward points but still haven't gotten it yet. My status still shows as "Out for Delivery" although I've already collected my phone.
