I also have the same problem actually, seems like is not an isolated issue. Already escalated to CS and they filed a report to check.

I had the same issue with sc+ not activated on my phone. Chat with CS they said it will register within 30 days. But after chatting suddenly I got the email from sc+.

Try turn off eye comfort shield from the drop down menu

Store didn't handle pre-order stock themself one. But I still choose to collect from SES Sunway Carnival is that they always help customer to install SP and transfer data from old phone to new phone. Not all SES will do that for free. I heard SES QB will charge customer for data transfer.
