I can tell you, teachers nowdays become teacher not because its their ambition, but its because they studied shit courses in uni then unable to get a job, then enroll into IPG to become teacher.
So yes, they do it for the money, the pension, the benefits, and this is the result.
To the school, such teacher should be sacked immediately.
