Just to add to your thread. I find alot of malaysians on reddit and lyn, fb etc, they HATE KLSE...which is really stupid. they keep talking about markets like US as if its god tier for investing. But there are alot of gems in KLSE. High dividen, low PE, 5 star companies that makes millions in profits every year but are undervalued because all the foreign funds have left Malaysia.

we are at 1460 roughly...thats the same as COVID level in 2020, the foreign funds have not returned and KLSE is very undervalued.

tldr dont dismiss the KLSE as a source of safe, high dividen investing

how about berjaya...in your opinion?.....I bought berjaya.....Sultan johor....have alot berjaya share....and the share now is very cheap......Invested RM20k....late dec 2023

I suggest you take out a small sum to try it for real. Make sure its a sum which you can afford to lose. Treat it as lesson fee. We need to learn from experience, unfortunately.

i think u earned more than rm200k. u havent include ur dividends
