funny thing is, if teacher is AIR, spouse is KIR which is non-gomen, teacher couldn't complete the padu attestation hahahah

not "better to register", but it has a logic for the KIR (ketua isirumah aka head of household) to be mandatory before AIR (ahli isirumah aka members of household) can register.

of course, "anyone" can declare themself as KIR

PADU and other databases like eKasih relies on KIR data to determine eligibility; after aggregating AIR's data.

p/s: i'm not sure if any other logic/rules set inside PADU. eg if every member declare themselves as KIR, what will happen? does PADU determine this member as SINGLE household or got dependency (AIR)? or if you declare yourself as KIR, then PADU will asks for AIR details too cuz you "said" you're the KIR which already implied there are other members already.

remember, govt segregate bantuan for SINGLE and HOUSEHOLD too.


your question, depends on this member #1 willing to declare him/herself as KIR?

in future, if other members register PADU, they must use member #1's as the KIR already <-- again, no idea how PADU perform the relationship-linking; assuming PADU starts from ZERO data

once you're a KIR, all govt subsidy programmes eligibility will based on you now
