i just got back from china and unable to make purchase in google play store
the error message is as per below



i have checked my time zone and google country. both is back to Malaysia

anyone know what am i suppose to do? knowing that there are apps that is not available in china

Just to double confirm, you've checked the region in the app store?

Not talking about country in google account, but app store.

Open app store

Settings > General > Account/Device Preference scroll to "Country and profiles"

Turn location service on for a while.

Or wait, Google server maybe delayed.

Or force stop Play store and clear data and cache.

i noticed that i have extra line of DNS 114.114.114.114 in my wi-fi setting.. checked further and it is China origin.. would it be due to maxis roaming that i have been using? not sure if this is the reason.. if so how can i remove this DNS?

I also facing same "correct country issue", subcriptions are working fine, just app purchase and in app purchase got issue.. try many methods also cannot fix it.

i had that issue when trying to purchase something...this was about 2 weeks ago.
couple days ago i tried again and was ok.
i didnt do any changes at all...means issue is either at google end or possibly telco end.
