I thnk this damayan may sell better than serasi, now sales staff pushing to clear reamaining serasi units.

Went to visit Serasi SAMM showroom just now. Saw Damayan poster. Asked the sales person pricing probably starts at 590k for 2 bedroom and 800k for 3 bedroom.

Harga keras juga ni.

Of cos lo, so few units ie low density, but nett price maybe ard 550k? Fittings should be better also than serasi

butthurt ppl is everywhere lah bro, even in this section of forum

and I wonder if they will install this "special" type of windows, which they did in their other condo project

I believe there is a covered walk path to the LRT station about 500m away but despite this it's price is hardly moving.

to lrt subang alam station? what covered walk path ? got meh?

Shortly after VP I did go to the site and saw a walkway at the side.
But that was a long time ago, not sure if it is still there.

Alternative there is a LRT station next to ttss Chinese school but a bit further away

This is the kind of path giving by the developer.
Let's see what kind of path they will give for their other ongoing project.

on paper might be look nice lah, in reality is like... summore very quite there, if anything happen then GG

but again, those fellas probably never use public transport , nor they wont be bothered. as long built one then that's it ( LRT STATION ONLY 200 meters from the condo! )
