does anyone have any idea why access denied to maybank2u website on Chrome? this happened suddenly.. day before it was ok but suddenly next day it says denied.

i can access fine on Opera browser but on chrome cannot.

i did not add on any plugins or download anything or changed settings when it suddenly became like this.

Similar issue but mine is sotong bank.
Chrome got prob but Edge no issue.

Even clear cookies (related to sotong bank) cant work. Did not try reset whole Chrome though.
Just learn to use Edge coz lazy check already.

If u want to try can try reset Chrome to default that would clear anything stucked

Can try to delete chrome history or cache.

I am not Maybank user but experience quite similar access denied page coming out on other bank.
Change to other browser Egde, no issue.

Don't know it is Chrome issue or website coding bug or compatibility related. Not tech expert.
But after deleted cache and with updated chrome then no issue later on.

have same issue in my work pc. home pc no issue. so weird. hence i use firefox at work pc and it works perfectly

i cant even google for "maybank" n click that link.. itll still bring me to the access denied page.

yes, seems like browser issue .. I migrated to Edge from Chrome since Windows 10 and Edge seems very reliable, compatible and secured compared to Chrome ..

try updating Chrome, then after settle down all your monthly tasks just migrate to Edge, both can sync each other easily without problem

Check your chrome version 🤦‍♀️ have to be 52 onwards

Try to clear history, restore to default state of chrome.

Try ingognito mode. Just type it out maybank2u.com.my.

If it work then it could be some add-ons causing the problem.

Or try reset Chrome to default.

No issue with mine. Must be your PC got problem or haven't clear cache. Just clear cache and see.

Your chrome browser either got hijacked or it is a mess

Uninstall it and reinstall it back again to try and see

Chrome?? It's quite safe one... It's security is strong...

Possibility is there 🤦‍♀️ because the computer itself can be hijacked not just the browser as doesn’t mean browser security is strong doesn’t mean it’s not penetrable on the computer itself 🤦‍♀️

what is your DNS? what is your internet service provider? I have experienced similar weird issue on public bank.
