Anyways after you get your bubblewrap-style tinting scraped off and the defogger has damage, you can get a DIY window defogger repair kit from shopee. It's less than RM6 plus shipping if i recall. Earlier this year I used one of those kits to help a friend after she had her bubblewrap tinting removed
I found a video on it. Different brand, but the method of repair is the same.
