Actually any reputable shop that deals with branded films can do it. They just don't want to promise you anything. IzeStorm liked this post

Rear tint removal is 50/50 punya la bro.
If it already too old, it might jus stick onto the heating element. Even I went to 3M authorized shop also the sifu will say terus might damage the heating element. All he say is try his best. I did mine in seksyen 16 shah alam. Successfully remove rear tint without damaging the heating element. If you want his contact PM me. |

You may get more replies if u actually stated the town/city in which you're looking for tint removal services. Pic for reference: » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Not as bad as this but there are few air bubbles. Anyways after you get your bubblewrap-style tinting scraped off and the defogger has damage, you can get a DIY window defogger repair kit from shopee. It's less than RM6 plus shipping if i recall. Earlier this year I used one of those kits to help a friend after she had her bubblewrap tinting removed I found a video on it. Different brand, but the method of repair is the same. |

Literally this. ppl like this will keep on hopping until he met a sohai who dare to guarantee 100% only to take the 50/50 chance unknowingly. lol |

The film can be removed without damaging the heating elements.Just that you will be informed beforehand that there's no guarantee it won't be. When there's bubbles, it shows that the film is peeling off on its own. One installer I went to, uses a heat gun. No damages to heating elements at all. Another thing, the installer said that the old tinted film is among the better quality ones and easier to peel off in one piece without tearing. That helps too. ktek liked this post
