I MNP mine direct from Xox to Ambassador.
I did it at Digi Setapak Central.... Fast & easy.

One day... But in my case.. Few hour Nia.
Digi center will give you new sim.. Fill in mnp form.

Wait for SMS to that number... Say Yes to MNP..
Then wait until no signal On your old sim.

Then insert the New Digi Sim.. Presto.. Alive
All done within a day or in my case.. Few hour.

Important must reply to the SMS. Yes to mnp from your old sim
