 Grab BANNED me for 24 hours because I cancelled, 4 times

Just now I tried to book grab car to go to work because I was too lazy to take MRT today.
After trying multiple times to book grab car, all drivers were too far from my home. They asked me to cancel because it took them more than 15 minutes to reach my house.
After cancelling 4 times with reason "driver asked me to cancel", Grab banned me from making new booking for 24 hours.
i ended up taking in Drive lol.
Has Grab ever banned you?

You're forced to cancel.
Grab drivers who don't move 5-10 minutes after accepting our request do that to make us cancel the request.
They don't want to cancel because they'll be given penalty.
Same thing happened to me just now.
All my bookings were from grab drivers who were far from my location. They didn't want to pick me up so they asked me to cancel.

Yes, thats why I helped them to cancel.
Turned out grab banned me after cancelling 4 times.

Grab needs to improve their system me thinks.
Poor drivers who are far away from passenger location but still need to pick up the passengers.
