i went for brownish textured bg for her to match her base, you can always go for some chinese theme though,
emm she's the hardest to cast off for all the shuraki girls, so good luck

hmm actually i kinda forgot how the dress is, have to go home see my mei feng only know lol. but I think the top part is quite hard to pull off, you need to apply some force to get it off.

For mei feng, you have to force the upper dress out, it's quite tight, I don't have much problem casting off the rests, just mei feng only, damn hard

Only Nagato was on bargain sales. The rest are around the same price. Both Tsuruya and Nagato were RM398 each. Without pre-order price, XL-Shop sells them for RM430.

FREEing Haruhi and Mikuru were cheaper though, about RM368 each.

True. Rize was slightly easier because of the "torn" side. Mei Feng was the nightmare.

The most advanved one i think is Tomoe, coz u will never expect that the figure can be castoff, when you see the un-castoff look. However, Megahouse's have some issues with paint of the castoff parts stick on the body (they paint the inner parts of the clothes, instead of moulding them with the same color;the outer parts should be painted, instead of inner). Cant complaint much though, coz among the castoffable figurines, Megahouse's is among the cheapest (price ranging from 4500yen to  5500yen average; with the cheapest castoffable figurines doesnt have n*****s painted)

Want to ask a question. If you use 6500K bulbs, will you have to set the white balance on your camera cuz it will be a bit bluish depending on how the camera detects it using AWB. Cant' seem to find any 4000k-5000K bulbs for the compact fluorescent screw type bulbs.    I can only find 2700K and 6500K ones. I can find 4000K ones for the Dulux S type bulbs though.

The long one as in the Dulux S type where it is like 2 tubes? That costs around RM 10-14 depending on the brand. Can't remember how much I got mine for. I think it was RM 12.90 but depends on the shop too.

Look at the code on the bulb. Cool daylight is 6500K or 865, cool white is 4000K or 840 and warm white is 2700K or 827. Warm white is the yellowish one. Cool white is white but a bit yellow too where else cool daylight/daylight is really white but slightly blue-ish.

I found a really nifty software called Neat Image which reduces the noise level in the pictures drastically. Before this, my pictures were quite noisy even though was shooting in ISO 100 cause I am not using a DSLR.

Btw, which White Balance is better for Daylight bulbs? Daylight WB or Fluroscent H WB (For Canon models)? Or maybe custom WB? Somehow the custom WB is a bit cacated on my camera.

same thing happen to mine, it's all because of her skirt, it's just too heavy, and the plastic for Rize base is different than the rest though, kinda softer

most probably a common problem for Rize,
Mei Feng is much more stable, and her rod is metal if i remember correctly and goes in deeper as well.
Problem with Rize is her skirt is very heavy, probably safer to display her in battle damage haha

If i'm not mistaken, recent standing-on-one-leg-figure's leg are actually made of ABS plastic (a type of hard plastic), so there's no risk of leaning, but may have risk of peg breaking (especially if the peg is not metal)
