If you want it..just use any courier service and order asap..coz you see..UPS is around RM60++ only..
These are just the estimated shipping cost coz they do not have the stock yet..and therefore they can't provide you with the real shipping cost.

After they have the stock..the shipping cost will increase to RM70++ or RM80++..maybe RM100++ since its big!
So better order asap using courier.

One thing good about Play-Asia..you can get lower prices for courier service shipping for pre-order items ^^
And if they increase the shipping cost later..they will charge you according to the shipping cost stated at that time you ordered the item ^^..so they will not change your invoice ^^

for Rei i am not sure if it's a sega prize figure , if it's then the quality is just so so. The yuki figure should be decent but Atsai figure is a hit and miss thing so buy at your own risk oh yeah they come with a very huge base most of the time.
Depending on the size and total amount for your order, if it's big then split it, or if the total amount is quite high, over 200 then split it too. Shipping is free anyway so spliting your order doesn't inccur extra cost

It's a really high demand piece, I checked one day after the release and it's all sold out.
