Hi people,
Few days ago, 5 days now, I ported in to Xox 36 months validity thru a shopee seller, but till now it's STILL ONLY 28 MONTHS. I'm subscribed to the UNCL35 package and has topped up rm5 inside. Till now my 8 months extra is NO WHERE TO BE SEEN.
I've tried their dumb bot Ola which is useless...never accessible keep asking me to Login to my Black app which I already did that's why can't login again when Ola pop that request
I've contacted them thru FB...no reply after few days...other customers also scolding them...no response too.
Email them 2-3 days back also no response...

So is Xox going to bankrupt and cabut as SCAM now?

Any victims or am I the only one...coz FB seems to have other victims as well but different issues.

Pls help....

Shopee seller is the scammer lor.

Have u install xox app and check the rewards page to see your 8 months validity is there for u to claim?

Usually it take a week days for it to turn up.

Anyway you get better support here at lyn thread from the sifus.

As pict shown... nothing there

It's not a scam, Need to claim inside your APP, Done that many time.....Normally you need to wait around a week time or longer before it appear

Go Lyn xox thread. The sifus there better than xox customer support. Usually takes 1 week for the reward to pop up.

Seller is not a scammer, Be patient and wait. I have few xox simcard activated with 36 month validity

Ha ha...Bro I am trying to help you and yet you suspected me ? If like this better you go ask from others sifus out there., FYI , I am GPS tracker installer, I use XOX mainly because they are the cheapest in long run, That's why I have help my few customers activated with 36 month validity.

And by the way, Did your shopee seller ID same as mine in lowyat ?

Coz that seller of mine constantly quote the above😅 . And is called Muhammad something...are you?😅😅 And I dunno he is in LYN or not coz I bought from shopee.
