They're just ship it to other countries for "donation". Which in turns destroys any local textile industry. Happened before in Africa, now will be more prevalent.

Jap destroy most country automotive business, electrical appliances business.
China? Smartphone business all close shop, see SONY... EVEN SONY Mobile are dying

Blame their own weakness and lazyness.
Same applied in Malaysia.

if they donate product, i dont see this is a problem....

is like i am too rich, i keep donate food to people in town, making restaurant business go down = my problem?

Not the company problem, but it's the responsibility of governments to balance this. If EU is banning this due to some sort of ethical reason, then the ethical ramifications of excessive donations needs tk be examined as well.
