hmm, instead of using special characters, why not use dash (-) sign, e.g. USJ1-2Z? I think it should convey better message while not triggering error codes...

that's weird... I thought they'd use similar character restrictions used by Windows. so far i rename files in Windows with teh dash sign, no issues... hmm... if underscore also cannot use, then just use space instead... later dispatch guy confuse liao...

in the issue you described, it's not the problem with the address format, but the problem with Shitpee coding to enter and recognize the address user entered into their system...

The issue is with your seller, not the address.

First, your seller may have chosen the wrong courier or shipping option. Second, the weight/size may have exceeded the courier's limit.

Go deal with it with the seller..

The issue is because the items you order volumetric / weight exceed the weight can be handled by the shipping channel.

If you're placing large amount of quantity, try reducing the total number of unit.

This is how the product setting page from a Shopee seller POV.

As you can see, there any few type of shipping channels to choose from. Each of the shipping channel got different maximum weight limit and different area coverage.

For example, if a seller only turn on "Seller's Own Fleet (East Malaysia)" and turn off the rest of the channel, maybe due to they are they are selling bulky item and only wish to fulfill order with their own transportation. And your destination address is within Peninsular Malaysia, then you will be seeing a similar error message as well.

So, it's either due to the total weight exceed the maximum weight allow by the shipping channel or the destination is not within the available's channel's coverage.

Its more towards courier issue rather than shopee.. many courier only support max 30kg actual weight / volumetric weight iinm, unless seller using their own fleet of delivery or enabled bulky delivery channel like jnt cargo

for the rare stuff you mentioned, probably just some setting issue where seller mistakenly disabled all the shipping option, silly i know but it happen sometimes when you have too much product to take care. laugh.gif
