I'm surprise /k here don't know all engines usually have torque speed curve which will then give you horsepower vs speed. There's no need to dyno.
Dyno just includes gearbox losses and drive shaft friction.

It's just a simple equation

Power (kW) = Torque (N.m) x Speed (RPM) / 9.5488

In practice yes, in real life you have oddities like original Campro which management removed the CPS and VIM module causing this torque dip. If you do on paper calculations based on brochure figures this will not show up, but boy did people feel this power loss when driving the original Gen2.
