I'm surprise /k here don't know all engines usually have torque speed curve which will then give you horsepower vs speed. There's no need to dyno.
Dyno just includes gearbox losses and drive shaft friction.

It's just a simple equation

Power (kW) = Torque (N.m) x Speed (RPM) / 9.5488
